Motus
Service explanation

How users use Motus

Motus is a private beta platform for discovery, research workflow, member records, and manually reviewed participation interest.

Step 1Apply for membership access

Users submit an invitation code and application information. Motus reviews source, fit, and contact details before granting private beta access.

Step 2Review curated information

Approved users may view curated opportunity pages, research context, source notes, AI-assisted summaries, and risk boundary information. This content is for informational and workflow purposes only.

Step 3Record interest and workflow status

Users may record non-binding interest, maintain portfolio-style records, and organize follow-up tasks. A record in Motus is not a trade confirmation, legal ownership record, allocation, subscription agreement, or KYC approval.

Role boundaryNo transaction execution

No brokerage services. Motus does not currently execute securities transactions, receive or custody client assets, underwrite offerings, provide investment advice, provide brokerage services, or match buyers and sellers as an exchange. Any future regulated activity would require appropriate partners, approvals, and legal review before launch.
