Motus is operated by BITCHAIN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. (Singapore UEN 202556611G). By using the website or private beta services, you agree that your platform relationship is with BITCHAIN CAPITAL PTE. LTD.
2Permitted use
You may use Motus to submit a private beta application, review curated informational content, manage platform records, and access membership workflow tools. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
3No investment service
Motus content is for information, education, research workflow, and record organization only. Motus does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, custody, exchange, underwriting, placement, or advisory services.
4Access and availability
Private beta access may be approved, refused, suspended, or changed at Motus discretion. Displayed opportunities may be illustrative, unavailable, oversubscribed, restricted, or subject to third-party review.
5Fees and pricing
Motus may charge membership, subscription, enterprise, data-tool, workflow, or platform service fees. Published pricing currently includes Private Beta free during testing, Individual Membership from USD 99/month, Professional Membership from USD 499/month, and Enterprise custom pricing.
